The origins of this software comes in the solve of a problem that came up in my Architect Office IBEA with digital sign files management.I had to copy in different locations this kind of files in order to create CD presentations and documentation for my clients. The files, once they where signed, they could only be moved but not copied since, this last action, change the last modified date becoming a problem in validating the digital sign.
Comprehensive Meta Analysis Cma Software Comes InTherefore with that problem in mind I create a program capable to generate identical copies from files and also capable to modify at wish their properties. Papageorgiou University of Zurich Hello Aref Bin Abdulhak, My opinion: -The easiest: Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (but you have to buy it) -The second easiest (and free): Review Manager (RevMan) from the Cochrane Collaboration -The most powerful: Stata (medium difficulty) and SAS or R (high difficulty). All three of these are also commercial and need to be bought. So, I would suggest RevMan ( ) Cite 59 Recommendations All Answers (150) 1 2 16th Jan, 2013 Spyridon N. I have done meta-analysis with other systems. I am planning now to use RevMAn for the first time and do a meta-analysis on NAFLD treatments (Hepatobiliary disease). The learning curve can be daunting, though, but most of the R packages that perform meta-analysis have an excellent documentation with code examples. Doi Qatar University I would recommend MetaXL as the easiest and most comprehensive software as it allows data entry in a large number of flexible formats. CMA can calcultate all you want but its graphics are quite poor. Usually I make calcultaions first on CMA and then perfect charts with MIX. Doi Qatar University MetaXL has pretty good forest plots as well as a unique handling of prevalence. It is also the only software that includes a bias-adjustment model to handle heterogeneity in meta-analysis. Comprehensive Meta Analysis Cma Manual Included WithIts input interface is also unique in that once it is understood (see example sheets and manual included with the download) it is the most flexible software that currently exists.
